Refund & Cancellation Policy

patricptrader strives to deliver the highest quality services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our practices regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Service Cancellation

You may request to cancel any service by contacting us at care@patricptrader.store at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the service. Cancellations after service initiation may not be eligible for a full refund.

We do not issue refunds for services that have already been completed, or for downloadable digital products that have been accessed or delivered.

All refund requests must be made in writing via email. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Project Delays & Disputes

If delays are caused by lack of client input, we reserve the right to revise timelines without refund. In case of disputes, we aim to reach an amicable resolution within 14 business days.
